Very Good
The staff were very friendly and always tried to help if we needed something. This hotel has everything you need ready; even if it rains, you can get an umbrella from them, which I really liked. The rooms were very clean. I really enjoyed our stay here :)
The beds weren’t very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was always the same, with poor variation to choose from. If you book this place, book it without breakfast, but try their lunch sometimes, which I really liked.

Great location and amazing staff!
The facility had everything anyone would need in terms of amenities. The best part was the staff that gave us a warm welcome, great service and communication. Special appreciation for Nicole and Liza who helped us a lot and made us have a comfortable stay!
Wished the washing machines could handle more laundry as we had to pay additional rounds of drying to have our clothing completely dry.

What was the highlight of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda-Otemachi
Comfortable stay for a solo traveler. Decent for the price point of the hotel.
The location was very convenient, just a short walk to Kanda Station which can easily reach Tokyo Station and Akihabara Station via multiple JR train lines. WiFi was great, the quality of the room is decent enough for the price. Free toiletries and amenities were nice, as well as the room cleaning service. The staff was very nice and helpful, can easily communicate with english. They allowed me to borrow umbrellas and gave towels when I needed extra.
The thermostat had no english and was difficult to use. The shower and bathroom is somewhat small, but nonetheless passable. My particular room had minor blemishes like water stains on the carpet and random discoloration on the shower curtains, but it wasn't too unpleasant. The TV was also difficult to use and not foreigner friendly, but that is to be expected.
